Summer Splash

  • 1 Cup Filtered Water
  • 1/2 Cup Honeydew Chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Cantaloupe Chunks
  • 1 Medium Peach, Halved, Pitted
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Scoops Ultrameal Whey Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes

Super Slimmer

  • 1 Cup Filtered Water
  • 1/2 Cup Milled Flaxseed
  • 1/2 Ripe Peach, Halved
