Low Glycemic / Gluten Free / Anti-Candida / Raw Diet

NO-NO’s: No sugar, artificial sweeteners or flavors, pasta, potatoes and breads. No fruit. No animal protein and no dairy, including milk, cheese and yogurt. No soy in male and female related reproductive organ cancers. These food groups feed cancer. By elimination then we are starving the cancer.

Vegetables need to be eaten fresh, ripe and raw for optimium vitality. Once vegetables are heated above 112 F, the live enzymes are destroyed. Enzymes are necessary to trigger receptor sites for metabolic and digestive functions. They are the taxi-cabs that take food to the proper cells. The Health Regeneration Diet consists of 100% high vitality, high energy, fast rebuilding, living and not dead, raw foods. Raw foods consist of fresh vegetables, soaked beans and nuts and fresh grown sprouts. Organic foods should be used as much as possible. Many non-organic foods have been sprayed with chemicals, which may tend to affect the liver function. The liver is stressed with all degenerative conditions, including cancer, trying to filter and purify the blood. Less stress is better, especially through diet. Protein sources are from sprouted beans, soaked nuts and special medical foods, which are metabolic clearing protein powders. Suggested protein powders are whey, goat and rice. Clean filtered water with trace minerals added should be your primary source of fluids. Drink 8-12 ounces of Rejuvelac (sprout juice) per day. Other fluids should consist of a daily one-ounce of wheat grass juice two to three times per day. Start slowly with wheat grass juice and build up over a two to three week period of time. Example of other vegetable juices are; 1-2 carrots, 1 stalk of celery, quarter size of beet, parsley and a quarter size of fresh ginger. Salad Dressings:

Cold pressed, organic, extra virgin olive oil. Best, if bought in a can, which has not be exposed to light. If not available then buy in glass containers, no plastics. Olive oil can be mixed with flax seed oil and lemon juice for taste.

Example Diet

Early Morning:

Drink fresh juices with supplements. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour. Mix and drink your Metabolic Clearing Protein, also may be taken with supplements. Meditate, stretch, exercise and stretch again doing deep breathing exercises.

Snack:

Fresh soaked almonds and vegetables.

Lunch:

Drink fresh juice. Wait 30 minutes. Fresh salad with vegetables and sprouts. Avocado may be added. Use specified salad dressings. Soaked almonds and been sprouts can also be added.

Snack:

Metabolic Clearing Protein. May be taken with supplements.

Dinner:

Same as lunch.

Bedtime:

1-2 hours before bedtime take probiotics and specified supplements.
